Shipping and delivery -- how long will it take to get my order and what will it cost?

Shipping and handling costs are calculated (by weight) on the currently posted U..S Postal Service rates plus a nominal handling charge to cover shipping materials. Priority Mail shipments within the US (but not Priority Mail International), may be tracked.

The charts below will help you estimate shipping costs for dvds and video cassettes, and approximate delivery time (business days) to expect. Shipments are sent from southern California.

Please note that we ship Preschool Power video cassettes to customers outside North America only by International Priority Mail or Express Mail, and we also ship videos only to customers who use the U.S. “NTSC” video format – not to those in countries using the “PAL” format generally used n Europe and many other countries.

Our full, 8-program setb ("Preschool Power: Little Kids Doing Big Things”) may be ordered in either in NTSC or PAL video format, and shipped anywhere in the world.

Privacy and security

Your privacy is very important to us. We will never share any personal information about you with any third-party or other marketer.

Security is also a vital issue for us. Rest assured that we have taken all the necessary precautions to ensure that your credit card information is safely protected. Your information is transmitted via an internet SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that encrypts the data so that it remains unreadable and confidential without our secret unlock key. (You will know you are in this section of our website whenever you see 'https' instead of http at the beginning of the address in your browser window).

When will I receive my order?

We make every effort to get your order out the same day it is received, and no later than the next day the Postal Service is able to receive it. (Sunday orders, for example).

All shipments will arrive via the U.S. Postal Service, and you can expect the following delivery times after the order is received and packaged:

• First-class mail within the U.S: 2-3 working days
• Priority Mail: 2 days
• Express Mail: Next working day

For shipments outside the U.S. please refer to the Shipping rates and transit times chart at the top of this page.

Guarantee of satisfaction & returns policy

We guarantee delivery of an undamaged, flawless, shrink-wrapped product.If you receive a damaged or physically flawed dvd or video, we will replace it immediately.

Notify us at once at customerservice@preschoolpower.com, or call our toll-free number: 1-866 565 5351, with your name and adddress and, if possible,the purchase order number on the invoice.

We guarantee your satisfaction with the quality and effectiveness of Preschool Power!

If within 30 days after delivery you decide you wish to return your purchase, notify us via email at customerservice@preschoolpower.com, or call us on our toll-free number, 1-866 565 5351, and request a Return Authorization number.

(If your order was received between November 15 and December 31, as a holiday gift, you may have until January 31 of the coming year to send it back.)

When you receive the RA number, enclose that information, along with the dvd or video(s) to be returned, and return the package by media mail (delivery confirmation) or first-class mail. Upon our receipt of the returned merchandise, you will receive a credit to your credit card of the full puchase price of the dvd or video, less a nominal re-stocking charge of $3.00.

Our unique replacement offer

We have a unique policy of replacing any Preschool Power! dvd that becomes unusable or just difficult to use, even after months and years of constant viewing,due to breakage or other damage or mishandling. There is a flat charge of only $10.00 for this service ($12.50 to customers outside North America.). And that includes the shipping costs via First Class mail.

We think that is a reassuring protection for your investment in Preschool Power!

Just notify us of any such problem via email or toll-free telephone and provide us with your current name, address and telephone number, before returning the unit.. We will tell you exactly how to place an order on our website for the immediate replacement of your damaged dvd.

Sales taxes

We are required to charge a sales tax only for California residents to which our products are shipped. That tax will be listed on the invoice that is sent to the Shipping Address.

Upgrade policy

Upgrading from your shorter Preschool Power! dvd:

If you purchased one of our shorter dvds (a two-program or four-program dvd) and later decide you would like to exhange your dvd for the full 8-program set, you may buy the 8-set for its current offering price on our web site --less the price you paid for your original dvd.

Upgrading from your Preschool Power! video or videos:

Similarly, if you have purchased Preschool Power videos from us, and would like to upgrade to the 8-program dvd, you may "swap out" for a brand-new 8-program set. If you originally bought the full series in videocassette format, you will be charged only $10 for the upgrade. If you bought fewer videos, you will receive a return of your original purchase price as a full credit against the current posted price of our 8-program dvd.

Just notify us by email or toll-free number with your name, address and phone number, requesting an upgrade authorization number (UAN), then place your order on our website for "Little Kids Doing Big Things", the complete 8-program set on one DVD, and, finally, return (with the UAN) your original dvd or videos for a full credit for what you originally were charged by us.

Can I play your DVDs in my country?

All 4 of our DVDs and all 8 of our videocasettes can be played in the countries listed below, which use the U.S. video system "NTSC".

If you live in a country not listed below (and you do not have a DVD player or video player and TV that are specially configured to play both NTSC and PAL signals) then you may order the PAL version of our 8-program series on one DVD - The DVD 8-Set (DVDPSP1-8: "Little Kids doing Big Things" PAL format).

This PAL system DVD carries exactly the same programming as our regular NTSC version, and is also priced exactly the same.

At this time, only the full 8-program DVD is avalable in PAL format.

Can I play your videocassettes in my country?

Each of our 8 Preschool Power! videos can be played in any country you see on the chart of NTSC countries listed below. They are not available to customers who are not able to use the NTSC signal format because they live in a country using the PAL or SECAM format.

Be advised that shipping costs out of the U.S. or Canada have become quite expensive compared to the low shipping costs of our 8-program DVD. In fact, it is likely that the cost for you buy a new DVD player today would approach the extra cost of shipping the 8 videocassettes (weighing over 2 U.S. lbs.) to you via Priority Mail International. A DVD with all 8 programs will only weigh 5 ounces, and will be much cheaper to ship.
